Several of Vigo County's aging and failing culverts were addressed through the utilization of ARPA funding. Every five years, each culvert within Vigo County is reviewed at least one time. The last review to take place came back with results stating 16 of the 17 culverts examined were in critical condition. Vigo County Engineer Larry Robbins oversaw the successful repair and replacement of these culverts.
