Tribune-Star - The east exterior wall of the Vigo County History Center — which displays the iconic Coca Cola mural — is deteriorating and needs extensive work, executive director Marla Flowers told the Vigo County Council Tuesday during its sunshine, non-voting session. She is requesting $50,000 from the county’s federal American Rescue Plan Act dollars to assist with the overall project, which will cost more than $300,000.
